A New Page, Inc. is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization that strengthens community through its focus on individuals living with chronic illness and the caregivers who support them. Through our programs, A New Page, Inc., we bridge the gap between diagnosis and stability by providing compassionate, coordinated support that promotes healing, resilience, and hope. Our vision is to create accessible pathways to emotional wellness, practical resources, and community connection—so every person has the opportunity to move forward with dignity and confidence.

A New Page, Inc., empowers individuals with chronic illness and their caregivers by addressing critical gaps in access to care through transportation assistance, education, support groups, care coordination, and community partnerships, promoting stability, dignity, and improved health outcomes.
